1.	17 february 2020	Discuss about who will be a participant in conducting this research.	In our planning, there are 3 target learners who will be participants in this research: 1.     Students of law in jambi university 2.     Hotel employees 3.     Bank employees	after a long discussion, we finally decide that hotel employees will be our target learners
2.	18 february 2020	Discuss with group members to choose an instrument to get the data	Our group members have different opinion about the instrument that will be used : 1.observation 2. questionnaire  3. interview 4. document, etc	For the instrument; we just choose questionnaire and interview to collect the data
3.	20 february 2020	Discussion with group members to create questionnaire and interview protocol	Determine what questions are needed for the data.	we adapt some questions for esp  from google
4.	25 february 2020	Group persentation. We present our questionnaire in front of the class	There’s so many mistakes in our questionnaire that the questions still general	We revise it to be more specific
5.	27 february 2020	we went to  V Hotel Jambi to distribute the questionnaire	The receptionist hotel rejecting us politely because there are so many guests in that day.	We decide to change our target learner that is bank employees will be our participant for the next.
6	28 february 2020	Discuss in group wa and create a new questionnaire, but in this case we use google form.	We still confuse about what are the questions is needed in that questionnaire	We read some information in the internet about esp for banking then there is a questionnaire in there, then we adapt it.
7	1 march 2020	Share link of the questionnaire online to bank employees	There are some participants send the respond the questionnaire quite long	We remind them (chat) politely in their contact (wa)
8	4 march 2020	Discuss about the data that we get from questionnaire online	There are some answers that still general or to make we confuse	We list some question that will be used to interview  bank employees to get the data clear and very specific
9	6  march 2020	We do an interview with bank employees	Bank employees didn’t allow us to record the interview	We just take a note

12	30 march 2020	Discuss and we read the results that each member send in the group wa	We have different opinions about some part of  the research.	We revise it. In this case sari berlianti as an editor
